Of course! BUT never say never, We encourage our couples to consider having a few because there are several classic photos that, in our experience, couples wish they’d had - e.g. bride and mum. There are about 7 or 8 combinations that we recommend and would prefer not to go beyond that number. We're well practised and can get it done in about 20 minutes.

Absolutely, but in our experience it's rare for couples to get around to doing that, which is a great shame because having a physical keepsake in the form of an album or a piece of wall art is such a lovely reminder of your day. All our couples have their own online store where they can find many products including an album builder. 

There are a number of reasons, but primarily it's because not every couple wants an album. This is why we offer the album as a separate add on - buying at the same time as your package is a cheaper option than buying after your wedding.

Your images will be available to download from your online gallery within 28 days of your wedding, but it’s typically sooner than that.

This happens from time to time, but we have plenty of backup equipment with us to make sure we can get the job done.

Ohhh, yes! Our cameras each shoot to two memory cards. At the end of your wedding, one card remains in the camera and one goes in our pocket until we get home. Once there, the data from the pocketed card is transferred to an external hard drive and uploaded to cloud storage. One card remains untouched until your files are edited and delivered to you. Until that time, we always have three separate copies: 2 x physical + 1 x cloud.

Yes. We are insured for public liabilities, professional liabilities and for loss of our equipment. If you'd like to see our insurance certificates, just ask.

We sure will! If you're willing to brave the elements we can do some fun stuff that no one else has from your venue. A rainy day inspires more creativity, and traditionally it’s good luck!

There are a couple of considerations here. If both of you are getting ready at the same venue or close by, then we can usually make the timings work to make sure that we get good images of both of you and the rest of your day without the need for a second photographer. However, while we are getting photographs in the mix with you and your guests, a second photographer will often stand back and get a different perspective. It's up to you!

We don’t give our couples our RAW files. Our clients choose us based on our photography, and that includes the way we edit.
